6. Paecilomyces lilacinus is capable of parasitizing nematode eggs, juveniles, and females, and thus reduces the plant parasitic nematode population in the soil.
7. Paecilomyces lilacinus is applied to soil to control nematodes that attack plant roots.
8. It is more beneficial to control the nodule at the roots caused by nematode with organic material.
